The chicks are here! we have a bunch of new baby chickens that arrived on Saturday. they are all doing very well. if you are interested in trying out our pastured poultry give me a call at 435.830.7821 or shoot me an email at
t.bird@aggiemail.usu.edu and I will put your name on our reservatins list. check out the chickens page in this blog for more information.
We also have welcomed 6 new baby goats to the farm! These goats are getting ready for their Summer job at Pioneering Adventures (a group excursion resort at Bear Lake). They will be the guests of honor and main attraction at the petting corral.
I have also been looking for ways to improve the use of this blog, as you know or will find out I want to educate people about all aspects of agriculture, as well as learn as much as I can. I do know alot about agriculture but I want to learn more! I think that the best way to lean is to talk about and share your knowledge. I have decided to begin sharing my thoughts and opinions on agricultural fads and principles. please feel free to email me any suggestions for topics of discussion and reflection.
as always thankyou for all of your support and please remember. If you like what I am doing tell your friends so that I can continue to do it!
